How it Works

Once you are all signed up you will be taken to the client consultation page. The form only takes about 2-3 minutes to fill out and will then be emailed to me once you've submitted it.

Once you've submitted your consultation, I will then look over it and take away key notes I'd like to go over with you before creating your program.

Once I've gathered notes about you, I will then text or email you based on the answer you've given on the consultation form to set up a phone call. On the call we will go over your answers and then create a program & schedule that works best for you!
